Weather Policy

In the event that weather affects a Low Budget TV pay-per-view broadcast event, we adhere to these guidelines:

If heat races or qualifying races (whichever is sooner) do not have the chance to begin, we will issue a 100% refund for the broadcast day.
If heat races or qualifying races has begun but has not completed, we will issue a 75% pro-rated refund for the broadcast day.
If heat races or qualifying races have completed, we will issue a 50% pro-rated refund for the broadcast day.
If feature races begin, the broadcast day and purchase will be considered “completed” and no refunds will be issued.

In the event that inclement weather postpones an event, any purchased passes will be good for the rescheduled event. In the event that we are unable to reschedule the broadcast (i.e. schedule conflicts), refunds will be issued in accordance with our normal procedures.

For multi-day events where races are rescheduled as part of the following day’s program, these events will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
